In Nov. 2009 I published my first children's book, Lizzie Fox-Top, which won an Honorable Mention in the Writers' Digest International Self-Published Book Awards 2010.

I also designed and illustrated the new edition of Cousin Ann's Stories for Children, which was published by Inner Light Books in Jan. 2011. It is the first time this historically important book has been printed since its original publication in 1849. Both books are available in stores across the Mid-Atlantic and on amazon.com.

I have lectured on the subject of illustration and art education at Temple University and Community College of Philadelphia and I've been a member of SCBWI since 2008.

I graduated with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University’s prestigious School of the Arts, where I majored in Communication Arts & Design and minored in Art History. By day I work as an Art Specialist at a childcare center in Philadelphia.
